        In a large pot, combine the mint leaves, rosemary sprigs, basil leaves, and thyme sprigs. Gently crush them with your hands or a spoon to release their essential oils. Add the crushed garlic cloves to the pot.

        Step 2: Simmer the Mixture

        Pour 1 liter (4 cups) of water into the pot with the herbs. Place the pot over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

        Step 3: Infuse and Cool

        Remove the pot from the heat, cover it with a lid, and allow the herbs to steep in the water until it cools to room temperature. Let it sit for about an hour.

        Step 4: Strain and Mix

        Using a strainer or cheesecloth, separate the liquid from the herb and garlic residue. Store the strained infusion in a clean jar. Add 30ml (2 tbsp) of neem oil and 30ml (2 tbsp) of liquid dish soap. Mix well.

        Step 5: Bottling and Application

        Pour the herb infusion into a spray bottle using a funnel. Spray directly onto your plants, focusing on the undersides of leaves where pests commonly reside. Apply during early morning or late afternoon for best results.
