        • 960ml (4 cups) whole milk or plant-based milk
        • 10g (5-6) cardamom pods, crushed
        • 30ml (2 tbsp) sugar or sweetener of choice

        Instructions for Almond Milk

        Step 1: Soak 180g (1 cup) of raw almonds in water overnight or for at least 8 hours.

        Step 2: Drain and rinse the soaked almonds. Blend them with 960ml (4 cups) of water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

        Step 3: Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or fine strainer. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

        Instructions for Cardamom Milk

        Step 1: Heat 960ml (4 cups) of milk in a saucepan with sugar and crushed cardamom pods over medium heat.

        Step 2: Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, allowing the cardamom to infuse. Strain and serve warm or chilled.
